Once upon a time, there was a mother and her children. All they wanted to do was live in peace, but there was a perpetrator that was obsessed with taking everything they had from them and coercively controlling them.

They stripped them of resources, isolated them from the world and threatened anyone who dared to help them.

Because of the impunity that the perpetrator received — while being enabled by his friends, family, and the system — the violence continued to escalate.

The more control they got, the more obsessed with the control they became. They did not believe that the laws applied to them so they did not follow them.

One day, when the violence and abuse reached unbearable levels, the mother went and asked the system for help and was labeled as a ‘parental alienator’ and they punished her by taking their children away.
